Return & Refund Policy

At Groovigo, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases where an issue occurs, our Return & Refund Policy outlined below will apply. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

Groovigo marks all items as non-returnable by default.
A return or replacement is ONLY accepted if one of the following applies:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is missing accessories or parts

Return requests that do not fall under these cases will not be accepted.

2. When to Raise a Return Request

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include the following:
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photo of the outer packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Video or photo clearly showing the issue

Unboxing video (highly recommended for faster approval)

Requests submitted after the 48-hour window may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Products

Groovigo marks all items as non-returnable by default.
Returns are only approved under the valid exceptions listed in Section 1.

The following product types are strictly non-returnable, even under general category purchases:

Hygiene & Personal Care Items

  • Beauty & skincare products once opened
  • Cosmetics, makeup, perfumes, deodorants
  • Grooming tools after use
  • Hair styling tools showing usage

Intimate & Wearable Hygiene Items

  • Lingerie, innerwear, shapewear
  • Socks, swimwear, undergarments
  • Any intimate apparel that has been worn or tried

Health & Fitness Consumables

  • Supplements, edible powders
  • Oils, balms, sprays once opened

Home & Kitchen Consumables

  • Sealed hygiene-based products (opened)
  • Used kitchenware, bottles, baby feeding tools

Jewelry & Accessories

  • Earrings and body-contact jewelry
  • Customized or engraved products
  • Accessories showing visible wear

Customized / Personalized Items

  • Printed, engraved, monogrammed, or made-to-order items

Toys & Educational Toys

Non-returnable if:

  • Seal is opened
  • Toy shows usage
  • Parts/manuals missing
  • Electronic toys are powered on or activated

Electronics & Gadgets

Non-returnable if:

  • Packaging seal is broken
  • Product is powered on, activated, or paired
  • Accessories missing
  • Customer-caused physical damage

Home Decor Items

Non-returnable if:

  • Installation marks are present
  • Fragile items were mishandled after delivery
  • Fabric décor shows usage

4. Conditions for Return Approval

A return request will be approved only if:

  • The product matches one of the valid return reasons
  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • All tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging are returned
  • The product successfully passes Groovigo’s quality inspection
  • The issue is clearly proven with submitted photo/video evidence
  • Groovigo reserves the right to reject returns that fail to meet these conditions.

5. Replacement Process

Your return request is reviewed by our support team

  • A pickup is arranged, or a return address is shared
  • Product undergoes inspection after it reaches our facility
  • A replacement is shipped within 2–5 business days, depending on stock availability

If a replacement is not available, we may offer:

  • An alternative item
  • Store credit
  • A refund (only if eligible)

6. Refund Process

Refunds are issued ONLY under the conditions listed below:

  • A replacement is not possible
  • The issue cannot be resolved
  • The return is approved after inspection

Refund Details

  • Refund is issued to the original payment method
  • Bank/UPI/card refunds may take 7–14 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Groovigo’s side
  • COD refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. After delivery, you may only request a return if eligible under Groovigo’s return exceptions.

8. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Phone unreachable

Then:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds (when applicable) will be issued after deducting return courier charges

9. Return Shipping Charges

Free when Groovigo is at fault (damaged / defective / wrong item)

  • Paid by the customer for voluntary returns (if allowed)
  • RTO (Return to Origin) deductions may apply for failed deliveries

10. Items Damaged After Use

Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or normal wear & tear is not covered under this policy.
