Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
(Excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak seasons, festival sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
If any unexpected delay occurs, our team will notify you via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier service availability
  • Weather or operational delays

International Shipping (If Offered)

Delivery time varies by country and will be displayed at checkout.
International deliveries may face additional customs processing times, which are beyond our control.

Note: Delivery estimates do not include processing time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight
  • Dimensions
  • Courier charges

If free shipping promotions are available, they will be visible on the product page or checkout page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking ID
  • Tracking link

You may track your package using the courier’s official website or the link provided.

5. Delayed, Stuck, or Lost Shipments

If your tracking information is not updating, delayed, or shows an unusual status, please contact us at support@groovigo.com.

We will:

  • Raise a ticket with the courier
  • Follow up regularly
  • Update you on the status

Important:

  • Courier delays, natural events, strikes, and operational issues are not under Groovigo’s control.
  • International customs delays (if applicable) are also outside our responsibility.

6. Damaged Packages on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please do the following within 48 hours:

  • Keep all packaging (inner + outer)
  • Take clear photos and a box-opening video
  • Email the details to support@groovigo.com
  • Include your Order Number and description of the issue

We will guide you through the return, replacement, or refund process based on our Return Policy.

7. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer not available
  • Phone number unreachable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

  • The order may be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin)
  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting courier return charges
  • Address changes after dispatch are not possible.

8. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on:

  • Stock location
  • Courier routing
  • Packaging requirements

You will receive tracking updates for each shipment.

9. Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to Groovigo and may incur RTO charges.

For COD orders, repeated delivery failures may lead to restrictions on future cash-on-delivery purchases.
